The salesperson Leta, spent a comfortable amount of time with us, and priced everything we was looking at with several options in the price points. Leta was very low pressure sales, by reassuring us to try everything multiple times, relax and sit in the sectionals, while we made our decision. Then she went over all the fabric options and helped us find just the right one. Then helped us out with applying for financing the sectional, before putting in our order. Hoping we will get it before Christmas!

Although finding the right sofa was my number one priority, my experience with Scott influenced my decision; I simply wanted to buy from him. In an environment where we have 100 places to buy any given product, having a pleasant experience with a sales person (good service) is the only thing that stands out for me anymore. Good sales people exist to help you make an informed decision and I felt like Scott cared more about what was right for me rather than making a sale.
