The furniture is nice and inexpensive, but the delivery dates they told us were very wrong. At first they told us everything would be here in a week to two and now they are saying four or five weeks. :(

We had company coming so we needed a futon immediately. Jessica said to come in and she assured us we could have one before the company arrived. She did a great job guiding us on our purchase of a futon. It was delivered the next day and at her suggestion, we had a nice young man put it together for us. We thank you for a wonderful experience and the futon is great.
Excellent customer service and super prices on the several pieces of furniture we purchased: futon, chair, rug, picture, end table, coffee table, sofa table. Very Pleased.
We wanted to support a local business but I should have just gone to Portland. The service was terrible, the prices for delivery changed 3 times, and they refused to deliver ( to the curb... they refused to come into the house) unless a man was home. At one point I said I wanted to cancel my entire order (couch, mattress, and frame) and I was told I could only get half of my money back so I was forced to continue to work with them. It's been 8 months since we bought from them and the mattress is already sagging & out of shape. I will never shop here again and you shouldn't either since there are so many better options.
