I called Chandra, the owner, back.(At this point we were on a first name basis). Told him I couldn't find anybody else to help me. He said he could do it. I had the car towed to his shop and he spent two weeks getting it ready. I flew in to Portland, picked up the car and in 4 1/2 days pulled into my driveway in Atlanta.
My situation was very unique. I called the owner and spoke with him about what I was trying to accomplish. He initially said no because his lead mechanic was getting married in a few weeks and he was just too busy. I called 10 other shops and they all said no, they didn't want to deal with my car.
This shop is honest. My bill was fair. I had no budget. Just told him to make sure I made it all the way home lol.
First of all, this is a family run business. They had great reviews and the owner always responded to the very few negatives. I appreciated that.

Fantastic customer service! We had an issue with my wife's car, she dropped it off and was given a ride to work. Not only did they repair the issues Chandra took the time to explain exactly what they did, and how they fixed. They just got a customer for life!
