Lots of good pet supplies. A little pricey. This location has grooming, a pet hotel, and an attached pet hospital.
They had a large selection of products here. The employees were very nice too. I'd visit here again when we come back to Portland.
Love their grooming salon. They never judge me when my dog is overdue. Whenever I am looking for something the staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help.
The cashier has zero personality and horrible customer service skills. She failed to answer my question and her tone and demeanor made me not want to ask her a 2nd time. The last person I'd have representing my store and the reason I'll be shopping another location in the future.
I bought two really sick guinea pigs at this location. One died a few days after we got her and one we had to put down because she was so ill. I took her to the vet and the information they gave me about how to care for her was wrong.
I called the store to see what they knew and if we could get a refund. The woman I talked to name was Angie. Angie told me that the manager had left for the night and that I'd have to wait until the next day. But I went into the store anyways and asked for the manager and it was Angie! She lied! Horrible customer service, more sick guinea pigs on display (tiny eyes and fur was matted), and dishonest management. Horrible experience all around.
