The line was 5 deep during lunch time but a second helper kept asking if anyone has a pickup or wants to learn the self-service kiosk instead, and this helped shorten the line. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes during their busy time, not bad.
Went in to mail a bulk item Priority Mail. I admit I messed up on the weight, but the two ladies in there and I use ladies lightly treated me like I was a crook. Went to FedEx nearby friendly nice helped me out. Great Customer Service. Lost money (eBay) but we're the post office treated me awful FedEx was Great. No wonder why Post Office loosing money
The postal delivery person has been harassing people, and damaging property. Pounding on the door, screaming and yelling at my child's sitter. Honestly it is so bad I have been video recording the incidents and will call the police to press charges once I have enough evidence. All of this is because there is a car parked in front of my house. Not our car and no it's not even close to the mailboxes. Apparently this postal worker has been harassing the entire neighborhood like this for years. Well no more because he has been caught on camera punching and kicking this car and pounding on my door then yelling and threatening a teenage sitter. Basically this guy is psychotic. No one at the post office will respond to complaints about this person. Time to take these matters into my own hands.
Asked for one piece of tape on a letter I was mailing and told they had no tape but I could buy some if I wanted.
Horrible service. They couldn't help me purchase a roll of stamps, so I went and got helped just fine at a different post office.
