Denied my 6 year old medication due to bullshit bureaucracy between them and the insurance company. Thanks for going below and near to absolve the situation. Going to have deal with them and insurance tomorrow because "system didn't update properly". Thanks a lot.
I had just come from InstaCare and had my prescriptions called into fred meyer pharmacy. I got there and didnt realize they closed at 6 and it was 550 they were so incredibly rude to me i couldnt believe it!!! Im sick and pregnant and just want medicine to feel better and they treated me like garbage!!! Im for sure switching pharmacies!!!
Always very helpful...let me know about one of my RX's that with insurance was still just under $100 a month that the RX company had a program to enroll in, at no cost that would cut the RX down to $10 a month. I can't thank them enough!
They are very friendly and always let me know how long the prescription will take to be ready. When I've had problems with picking up medicine they have taken the time to call my doctors office and figure it out.
I have sat and waited over half an hour both times I've visited this pharmacy. Honestly go to any other option you have, they need to get their game together.
