I give the Tualatin Best Buy store in Tualatin Oregon a ranking of one star which means they are the crappiest store in the area with poor customer service truly poor customer service! I am definitely going to let people know around town including friends that I know around Tualatin this and let them know not to shop at that store! Employees are not to disrespect customers not even law enforcement or firefighters at all they're supposed to be respectful and kind to the customers!!!!
When in there from the 3rd time today to get memory and RAM for my computer the employer for Best Buy Geek Squad or was disrespectful towards a wildland firefighter and acting like the customer was dumb started cussing at the customer not giving the customer what he wanted calling the customer a liar even after the customer told the employee that he wanted to speak to a manager the Geek Squad Best Buy employee told the customer Shove It Go find the manager himself.
Tualatin Best Buy is the worst Best Buy location to go to and it needs to be a location that needs to be shut down because of poor bad customer service and disrespectful employees.
If the Tualatin Best Buy is going to continue to be in business then the corporate office needs to train their employees to treat customers with better respect including those that work for the police department the fire department and go out and fight Wildland fires to make a difference for others the most of all they need to make sure they help the customer fun and get what they need instead of talking down to them like they're dumb when they're not.

Went to the Tualatin, Oregon store and bought a laptop and Gabe was beyond top shelf in service. I will steal him away for a business any time if Best Buy does not treat him right. Good job Best Buy for hitting him.
