I will NEVER be going back to any enterprise again and I would encourage you to stay away as well. There are plenty of other car rental services out there and of all else fails I will take the bus or walk the 15 miles to work before I would ever rent from them again . Ladies, if you don't have a man with you watch out!
I had to rent from them when my car broke down, worst experience ever.
My experience with Enterprise has always been very good. This time was no exception.
I love Enterprise. It's fast and easy to rent even if you're only renting for a day. I've rented twice this month already the only thing I didn't like was that even though I checked in first two people that checked in after me picked cars before me and took the one I wanted and I had to pay $5 to get the car I wanted. So that was pretty upsetting. Other than that renting is a breeze and the cars are in good condition.
I had to get a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. In general the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, one day after work I found a crack in the windshield of the rental vehicle (of no fault of my own). I returned the vehicle immediately, and because it was such an odd fluke the manager of the location promised to pay $69 of the $219 for repairs, as a generous gesture of good-faith and customer care. This never happened though despite repeated verbal promises. I understand I was responsible to pay for repairs for damage that occurred while the vehicle was in my care. I don't like that false-promises were made and not kept... If it hadn't been for this, I could have rated them higher. Sad

I came in to return my rental car two days later and it was more than double what the told me it would be for! The kid who was handling my return couldn't even tell me why it was that much ($900+) and he had me call back the next morning to talk to the manager. Both the manager and his boss were unhelpful and couldn't explain it, just kept telling my they would give me a "discount" to make me happy. I called corporate and filed an official complaint against them and the entire staff there for how i was treated, the super nice lady Carol was helpful and thorough, explained everything to me and treated me like a human being instead of some girl off the street they could work over and charge extra and get away with it.
To start with, they claim they will come pick you up. Not true. When I called they said no one could that day so I walked the 3.5 miles in 95 degrees to go get my rental so I could still get to work. Car took longer than expected to be done. They said no problem just let us know. I was told my bill was at $400. Yikes but okay
Awesome people. I needed to get picked up on short notice and needled to stop by Walmart before renting but had already gotten to agency and Kevin took me back to Walmart and waited until:I was done. Then we went back to the agency to complete transaction. Brennan and Kevin are awesome
